Lakeside Bar. All located on
Lake Murray in Columbia, South Carolina.

The Inn at USC offers meeting facilities and a full cooked to order breakfast and 14 hotels are rooms only hotels featuring a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast with hot items.

and Tennessee.

include management contracts, new construction and
acquisitions.

IMIC Hotels currently has under development Wingate Inns in Charleston/Summerville
and Lexington/Columbia, SC, and new meeting space at the Hampton Inn on Amelia Island, FL. An addition of
32 guest rooms was added to the Hampton Inn Kingsport, TN.
